Contents

Hypromellose, adenosine triphosphate.

Description

Each mL contains: Hypromellose 0.5%, Adenosine Triphosphate 0.25%.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Boric Acid, Sodium Borate, 1 N Sodium Hydroxide and/or 1 N Hydrochloric Acid and Purified Water.
Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.01%.

Indications/Uses

Artificial tears or eye lubricant.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Instill 1-2 drops into the affected eye 4 times on as directed by the physician.

Storage

Keep cap tightly closed after use. Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
